Faith is believing in something even when we can't see it. It's easy to loose faith especially when things fall apart in our lives. The Bible says that faith without deeds is dead. What does that mean?
Abraham believed in God when the Lord asked him to leave his hometown and go to a foreign land. It was an unfamiliar place for Abraham and the journey was uncomfortable because they had to travel for a long time. Abraham obeyed God even when he didn't know what was going to happen to him in the future. His faith was one of the reasons why God blessed him and made him the father of all nations. Abraham put His faith into action by obeying God.
There were two farmers and both of them prayed for rain. But only one of them went out and prepared His field to receive it.
Which one are you?
I didn't really care about my UG degree. But it was only towards the end of my UG program I realized that I had wasted my life because I was only focused on why things didn't go the way I planned. Even with my PG admission God led me to where I was supposed to be rather than where I wanted to be. Since God was the one who paved the way for my career, I told HIM "You brought me here. I didn't want to study here and You knew it yet You brought me back to this place. I don't know why this happened but I know that You are Faithful to fulfil your purpose for my life. I know that You won't let me down in front of the same people again. Whatever happens I will not let go of You Lord. I believe that Your plan is the Best and You will mold me into a better person and use me for Your glory". I completed my course and the journey was tough but it was worth it in the end. I knew that God would definitely help me complete my Master's degree successfully. I received His blessing because I was preparing the field by giving my best for the past two years.
You might have prayed for a family issue, a job opportunity, a future partner, a financial crisis or something else. Do you believe that Jesus is capable of giving you the best? If so, be prepared to receive His blessing !
